These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Jobsboard's Website, located at https://jobsboard.co.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Jobsboard if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Definitions:
“Platform” means the JobsBoard software-as-a-service job-board builder (web app, APIs, white-label sites, XML feeds, and AI tools). “Customer” means a paying organization that manages a board; “User” means Job-seekers or other visitors; “Content” means everything a Customer or User uploads (job ads, images, AI-generated descriptions, candidate data, etc.).

The website uses cookies to help personalize your online experience. By accessing Jobsboard, you agreed to use the required cookies.
A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
We may use cookies to collect, store, and track information for statistical or marketing purposes to operate our website. You have the ability to accept or decline optional Cookies. There are some required Cookies that are necessary for the operation of our website. These cookies do not require your consent as they always work. By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these T&C and our Privacy & Pricing Policies. We may update terms at any time; material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance (email + in-app banner) and take effect on the stated date.
Service Scope:
JobsBoard provides tooling only; we do not act as an employment agency, we do not vet candidates, and we do not guarantee hiring outcomes.
Account Eligibility & Security
Customers must be 18 + and authorised to bind their organisation. Users must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, enabling MFA, and immediately reporting breaches.
Acceptable Use & Job-Ad Rules
No unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, or deceptive ads.
Include a genuine Equal-Opportunity statement and avoid language that could infer bias (age, gender, disability, etc.).
No content that infringes IP, spreads malware, or solicits fees from job-seekers.
AI-Generated Content
The Platform’s AI job-description tool is for draft purposes only. Customers remain fully responsible for checking legal compliance and accuracy before publication.
Third-Party Integrations & Links
JobsBoard integrates with external ATS, analytics, calendar, and payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms; JobsBoard disclaims liability for their acts or omissions.
Intellectual Property & DMCA
All JobsBoard code and trademarks are ours. Customers retain ownership of their Content but grant JobsBoard a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit it for the Platform’s operation.
Fees, Billing & Taxes
Fees follow the Pricing Policy below; late payments may incur interest of 1.5 % per month (or the max legal rate). Prices exclude applicable taxes, which you must pay.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend the account for non-payment, serious breach, or legal risk. Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days’ written notice. Data export is available in JSON/XML during the notice period.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Platform is provided “as-is” without warranty of fitness. JobsBoard’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Indemnification
Customers indemnify JobsBoard against claims arising from their Content, unlawful job ads, or misuse of the Platform.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the governing law is [insert jurisdiction] and disputes are submitted to binding arbitration under the [rules]. Consumers in the EEA may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
DMCA Procedure
Copyright owners may submit takedown notices to contact@jobsboard.co with: (i) signature, (ii) description of the infringing work, (iii) URL, (iv) contact info, (v) good-faith statement, and (vi) statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury. We promptly disable the content and notify the uploader, who may submit a counter-notification.
